If you are looking on the server, then you will find those files in administrator/components/com_cloner/restore folder, this presuming that you are using the latest version of the JoomlaCloner component!

we purchased it 2 years ago.

We have used it to generate weekly backups but its only now that we have tried to use the clone facility.

With this older version do I still require the 4 files?

No, you don't, only Joomla.Cloner.php will be enough

Anyway, i highly recommend you make an upgrade on the software!

ok thanks, do we have to purchase the software again or can we download a newer version?

You can login in our Downloads area http://www.joomlaplug.com/members/member.php with your purchase user and pass and purchase from there a new upgrade License if your previous one expired

ok will do.

I have just ran the joomla.cloner.php script and it failed.

I got this error....

Code:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4980494 bytes) in /home/sites/mysite.co.uk/public_html/Joomla.Cloner.php on line 3967
