can not generate Backup-blank page. 7 Months ago  
I am on Joomla 1.1.15
My setting for Joomla cloner is:
Code:
ackup Generation Options Manual backup: Yes Include backup directory in clone: No Archive Type: Zip (I tried both) Backup using Server Functions--selected both
When I click, Generate Backup a blank page shows. IE is stating a page problem, while Firefox is just showing Blank page. There is no error shown, just a blank page

Please open a support ticket and send us your Joomla admin details and url to the site to check the issue

I have the same problem with automatic backup, with about 26500 files I click to do backup and I receive no one answer from xcloner, i have joomla 1.5.6 with civicrm
