confusion on install directory 5 Months, 1 Week ago

I have got to the Joomla Cloner attempting to restore site. moving from one server to another.

I am totally confused on what to put in the first two lines.

I have not pointed dns to new site so I cannot use url. I have to use ip address.

Install directory:

please enter the full server path to the install directory, must have writing permissions

Install Url:

please enter the url of where Joomla will be accessible from, can be remote also if you use the ftp function below to other host
