Where exactly in the control panel crontab do I add the following command

/usr/bin/php /home/cornert5/public_html/administrator/components/com_cloner/cloner.cron.php

Once you located the cron manager from your hosting company, there should be a field where you can input that command

I suggest you contact your hosting support for further details as i am unable to know exactly where that is on your control panel!

cool I found it then I chose the day and time settings...does this mean it will back up my files given the time and day settings I chose? I'm new to this...

Yes, it will create the backup at the time you set it up to execute that command!
