white screen on backup restore 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
I am trialling this component cause I have about 5 joomla sites I want to clone and restore.

however when I go through the process to clone entering my ftp etc it just comes to a white screen straight after and nothing happens.

Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated I have watched all the videos to make sure I am doing everything correctly but still have the same problem no matter what.

Hi there! I suggest you follow our Restore FAQ here http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_simplefaq/Itemid,56/task,display/catid,26/ and move the backup archive and restore script manually to the new location, then continue from there the rest of the process
