JoomlaPlug!

Hi Guys and gals

I am new to transfering sites, ftp etc, I can build some nice joomla sites but i have not moved one yet. I have downloased this free trial based on my Hosters Rochen recommending your component. I have lloked at it and looks complicated purely as i havent had to look at this info.

OK I have rebuilt a site for a friend as a sub domain on her site that is hosted at siteground.

Site http://misty.aswynn.co.uk i want it moved to a new domain name that i host with Rochenhost.

New domain http://the-runes.com I tryed following a link on the joomla forum where i went into mySQL databse copying etc then pasting into a virgin install of joomla with a database that was clear, but it came up with an error.

I really need to know how to do this properly, do you have any easy to follow instructions for a DIP SH** to follow. ! lol
When i look at the component i dont know where to start.

OK I have followed the PDF, component seems to have been upgraded since that PDF few new parts. Anyway i worked through and saved then the screen goes white. So i have reentered the site, Components, Joomla plug then view logs find the one i have just done, 2 now and the page goes white again!!!

I suggest you set "Manual backup" to Yes, "Backup type" to TAR and uncheck both "Active" checkboxes from your JoomlaCloner Config, after that you should try again to generate a backup
