Everything that I am looking at says that the backup and transfer via ftp was ok and that the relevant files are present - see below:
Connected to Normal ftp server
www.profitfromtechnology.co.uk - Active Mode
Moving source file restore/XCloner.php - uploaded 100.00% from 36408 bytes
Upload success to public_html/joomla/XCloner.php ...
Moving source file restore/TAR.php - uploaded 100.00% from 61260 bytes
Upload success to public_html/joomla/TAR.php ...
Moving source file /home/udpuqfmf/public_html/joomla/administrator/backups/backup_2008-06-06_12-57_www.clearvoice.co.uk-sql-nodrop.tar - uploaded 100.00% from 182352896 bytes
Upload success to public_html/joomla/backup_2008-06-06_12-57_www.clearvoice.co.uk-sql-nodrop.tar ...
Moving done, starting the clone process on the remote host
click here to continue... (the link is looking for
www.profitfromtechnology.co.uk//XCloner.php - slash, slash!) I then get the message below:
404 Not Found
The requested URL //XCloner.php was not found on this server.
If I try to connect manually and enter the full URL I get an internal server error
500 Internal Server Error
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
You recently helped me copy from the above site to clearvoice.co.uk and I am now copying/cloning it back again as I changed the server from IIS to Linux.
Can you help.
Regards, Nigel
