JoomlaPlug!

I'm FINALLY ready to backup up my new site locally and restore it manually to a test folder on our site and have a question.

I've transferred Joomla.Cloner.php in my browser and have read the instructions in the manual but I'm still confused and don't want a mess on my hands.

The install directory is prefilled with:
/home/ben/public_html/joomlatest/administrator/backups/
and that's "ok" I guess.

The one that gets me is the install url is
joomlatest.mysitename.com/administrator/backups/

shouldn't it just be joomlatest.mysitename.com/?

The reason I ask is that when I did a test restore on another local computer and I used the prefilled defaults I ended up with a double directory if that makes any sense.

Can someone help or offer some good advice?

Hi there! The Install dir: and Install url: should point to your restore location, so that would be in your case /home/ben/public_html/joomlatest and joomlatest.mysitename.com as url
