Continuous restore errors 2 Months ago  
I keep getting these errors :

Warning: require_once(../includes/joomla.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\hosting\member\bdlkid\loch\administrator\index.php on line 31

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../includes/joomla.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear&#039 in D:\hosting\member\bdlkid\loch\administrator\index.php on line 31

From those errors it looks like the restore was not finished, i suggest you restart the restore script but this time also check the "skip files restore" option and continue with the rest of the process
