Joomla!®Plug

I hosted my site on a local server originally and I am in the process of moving it to GoDaddy. I created a backup with Joomla Cloner and I saved it to my computer. I setup Joomla on godaddy along with ioncube. Moved the backup to the godaddy server and go to view backups in joomla cloner component and the backup is there. So I click on it and try to clone it. When I get to the next page I put in all my ftp information but I get the following message and I cannot go any further. I have been working on this for hours. Need some help with this issue?
