hmmm. sounds good.
u see, for me the problem is, i have a forum that i want to make sure the user logs in b4 he posts. i'll have a virtuemart, where the user can choose to register & buy stuff, if not, he can buy w.o logging in. 3rdly, i'll have a newsletter that needs not login to register as well.
let's say i have 2 ppl, they sign up for different stuff. person a signs for newletter & forum. person b signs up for virtuemart & forum. i want to make sure the databases are put in2 one area.
as u know, these are all seperate components, so there are seperate databases. what wld u suggest i do? have 1 form where they can choose their options(so it wld be universal login for all), or have different login ids for different components but they still go to 1 area? do i sound complicating?
another problem i have is that the joomla! login gets overwritten by vmart's login.
