Unable to Open 5 Years, 10 Months ago  
I've created a folder /joomla in public_html

Opened up JoomlaStart.php OK, filled in, asking for ftp access, and then I get the message

Unable to open for writing file /home/portsd/domains/portsdirect.com/public_html/Joomla_1.0.10-Stable-Full_Package.zip

I've start every combination for the Install Server directory I can find but get the same resulkt every time
