It means you are not allowed to open socket connections, so you won't be able to download the Joomla package automatically! Try to download it manually, upload it on server in the same path and run again Joomla.Start.php! You should have after a value in the "Choose Local package to install" to select!

Ok, now i have this:

JoomlaPlug Automatic Installer!
Install Joomla software on the fly!!!


with a blank screen., Browser doesn't seem like its doing anything.

You should check your server error_log to see a possible error of why the script was stopped or ask your provider!

I am not an expert and this was driving me crazy,
not at that it is your fault at all.

Can i pay someone to get joomla installed,
i am desperate!

Please use our other tool, JoomlaDesktop http://www.joomlaplug.com/Tools/JoomlaStart/JoomlaStart_Desktop_Installer.html to install Joomla on your website! If you still have problems, send me an email and i will do it! Ovidiu
