Where shall I add the code? 2 Years, 9 Months ago  
It tells me that I have to add the following code manually.

Where do I need to add to? At the top or after body tag?? Please advise me. Thanks in advance.

I think you can add that anywhere in your index.php template file as long as you don't mess the existing php code, i think at the end of the file should be ok
