Hello,

- I dont understand how to restore the clone.

i have done this:

1. Installed the module (Joomla 1.5) on two servers.

2. Choose "clone" on the joomla server i want to clone and i successfully made a backup:

Total process: 100% out of 7732 files
Processing files 7700 to 7732 for backup file /mnt/wwwroot/CMS//administrator/backups/backup_2009-07-30_08-34_www.site-name.se-sql-nodrop.tar!
Current backup size: 356.25 MB

3.But now how to restore this to the other Joomla site?

What i did whas to copy over the file (backup_2009-07-30_08-34_www.site-name.se-sql-nodrop.tar) to the other Joomla sites/server so it gets listed in view backup.

And now its listed there - but what to /click do now?

Hi there! Please check this restore FAQ http://www.joomlaplug.com/component/option,com_simplefaq/Itemid,56/task,display/catid,26/ , you simply need to copy also the restore script we provide and start the restore process from there

- ok thanks

- when i did the clone and process went 100% ok the only thing in that directory is the .tar file (backup file)

- were is the XCloner.php and TAR.php = gusssing those are all that is needed + the .tar file of course?

The 2 restore files are located inside the XCloner package archive you got from our site, restore/ directory
