Still Unable to open 2 Years, 4 Months ago  
I tried last week, but manually uploaded in the end. Now I have changed permissions, on another site, but I still get the same message - unable to open.

It's getting frustrating, because I cannot see what I doing wrong.

Any ideas?

Send me an email if you want with your site details, you need to check that the directory where you put the installer is with 777 permissions! Ovidiu
