Hello I am totally new to joomla, and I tried to instilled google adsense but i keep getting

* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.

I see some times you say to turn off safe mode but were would that be??

The safe_mode option can be turned Off within your site php.ini config if you are allowed, better contact your hosting support to help you with this
