Your backup directory /home/worlcell/public_html//administrator/backups is not writeable or does not exists! is the message I received.....help please thanks alan

Hi there! You need to make that directory writeable for all users, so try and apply 666 or 777 permissions on it through a ftp client and see if it helps

only 2 things i can think of:
you are attempting to create a directory and a subdirectory at once

you dont have permissions

check those first

Can you post the actual directory from the error message? I am not sure what this error relates to

Also, do you get the error from inside the bash script or the xcloner cron script?
